Hello and welcome to an attempt to get a comprehensive list and list of people who are, in general, not being a great person. . . Would you like to notify me, and others about someone who is: - Stealing characters - Tracing / blatant copying - Harassment - Theft - or something that should be brought to our attention There is a handy-dandy form to fill out below! While I encourage you to stand up for yourself, I do NOT condone any harassment!

Have you tried to contact DA directly about the issue before contacting me? Direct links to the original art / character{s} stolen, if applicable The name of the person affected, if it's not yourself. A rough estimate of how long they've been doing this, or how long you've been aware of the issue.

Please understand, I get a LOT of these at one time, and honestly, aren't on here often! I will also need some time to check out the claims! Replying will take some time!

BlackWolf4488 has NOTHING but stolen bases in their gallery and is attempting to profit off of said bases WHITOUT giving any credit whatsoever. DO NOT purchase from them, Period They are using any and all excuses to NOT have to credit the REAL artist. Saying ' credit to owner' DOESN'T FUCKING COUNT. And taking the time to delete/ hide and BLOCK people takes more time than POSTING THE ARTIST"S NAME. Using 'mental illnesses' IS NOT A VIABLE REASON TO NOT DO THINGS. I can NOT understand why anyone thinks it's ok. Since @blackwolf4488 will ONLY credit the maker of the base if, and I QUOTE: 'someone asks NICELY' , if you're not blocked by them: ASK NICELY what base they used for the adopt. Something like: "Hey! Do you know / remember which base you used for this?"

This way, at least, the owners of the bases can SEE BlackWolf4488 is NOT crediting them. Maybe THEY can stop them. Oh, wait - they disabled ALL comments on EVERY one of their 'images'. Also, feel free to report the account for stolen bases.

Typically, I'm contacted via note [but sometimes through a poblic notification, either is fine.} about a situation. I then go into the person's in questions' galleries / profiles, etc to see what is going on. I will also check out any bewares {linking them TO me helps SO MUCH!!} to see if what's claimed is actually happening. Most of the time, the accusations are CORRECT, sadly. I'll try to contact the offender, but %99 of the time I just get blocked right away, anyway. Then comes the Beware, with all the evidence, proof, screenshots, etc. that I have / have been given by other people {who I make sure to get the OK for me to save in a STASH file folder, if I don't just use the collection they have already. Usually people don't want that filling up their memory, so I'll upload it in files with their names as credit.} Then comes the whining from the people I Nthe Beawares about how it's 'NOT FAIR!! I didn;t do anything wrong!!" {Despite all the, you know . . . PROOF.]

If you HAVE proof, of something going on, you are more than welcome to send them to me! I'll make a separate journal for that specifically!

Also, I'd like to point out this wasn't originally MY account. I did have another but I deleted it YEARS ago, before this whole Eclipse BS happened. I posted art but didn't really care. This was given to me by a friend, so I could RAGE appropriately. {It was already made, and I didn't have to make ANOTHER DA account. I still might, but for now I think} I'll just stick to this one. I like this one, because of the name, but I've been considering a few others. {plus I can't change it due to not having core, nor do I plan to. }

I GAVE you the benefit of the doubt, that by realizing that just because you see something on tv DOESN'T MAKE IT FUICKING RIGHT. HOW do we need to get this through you MILE-THICK SKULL? Seriously? Guess what? It doesn't MATTER what you think you don't like about the person using the characteer or what they're using them for.
